Meet The Owners
Bob Payne
Bob is fond of recounting his early days as DMO (Dish Machine Operator) at the old Limestone Dinner Theater, often neglecting to mention that, just prior to co-founding Hasslinger's Golden Clipper Catering, he was Executive Chef at The Towson Golf and Country Club.

He held the Executive position at the Club's "Eagles Nest" restaurant for six years. At the conclusion of your catered event, we want there to be a sense of pride and accomplishment. Be it the Pit Beef at your barbecue or the delicate Ice Sculpture at your reception, Bob has the earned and acknowledged reputation which assures the excellence and attentive service that will make you proud.

Craig Hasslinger
A sixth generation Hasslinger, Craig, at ten, was already "in the business," helping his father and grandfather with the many summer crab feasts at Baltimore's famous Hasslinger Seafood restaurants. Craig joined his father full time in 1966, no doubt as a DMO also. He has been a restaurateur ever since. Craig brings decades of ownership and management experience to Golden Clipper Catering, which translates into a seamless merge between the business and performance aspects of your event.
